Parking

There is some descrepancy on the use of parking spaces. To clarify there is only one assigned parking space for each homeowner. Only vehicles associated with that property should be parking in the corresponding numbered space. Please be considerate and do NOT park in numbered spaces that do not contain your house number. There is no seniority or other reasons that the numbered space would not be reserved for your unit number.
Please advise your visitors and or renters that the numbered spaces are reserved for corresponding house numbers and should instead choose a space that is not marked. Spaces not marked are opened to everyone.
Vehicles that are not in working order are not allowed to be stored or parked in the development.
